What is the order lead time?

Orders are processed within 7 days,
excluding weekends and public holidays.

Amendment & Cancellation

As ENZO car mats are
custom-made, any amendment or cancellation must be requested within 1 day of
order confirmation. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

My ENZO Car Mat does not fit perfectly

All ENZO car mats are researched and
custom-made to match specific vehicle models. If the fit issue is due to a
manufacturing defect, please contact us with details and we will resolve it at
no extra cost.

Fit issues caused by incorrect orders,
vehicle modifications, or personal driving habits are not covered and may incur
a fee at ENZO’s discretion. Returned items may need to be mailed back—please
refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
