Since ENZO car mats are custom-made for specific car models, we require all amendment or cancellation requests within 2 days of order confirmation. We cannot accept any changes after this 2-day period.

If your car mat doesn't fit properly due to manufacturing issues, please contact us through this page with details about the problem. We will resolve this at no additional cost.

The following claims will not be accepted for incorrect fit:

ENZO's Lifetime Warranty covers your complete set of car mats. The warranty protects against manufacturing defects in the lining work and includes a one-time replacement if your mats' waterproof functionality fails due to severe wear and tear. Like any good protection plan, this warranty does not cover damage from rough handling or product misuse.

ENZO's 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in both the driver mat and lining workmanship. We provide a one-time replacement of the driver mat if significant wear and tear affects its waterproof capabilities. The warranty, however, does not cover damage from product abuse or misuse.
